Works with a mouse, trackpad, pen or touch screen. This test cannot be played with a keyboard.
How to use
Hit the target in the middle of the area to start. Each time you hit a target, the next one appears somewhere else.
Hit all 30 targets as fast as you can. A click or tap that misses counts against your accuracy but does not end the run.
The result shows your average time per target, accuracy, fastest target and total time, with a strip of every target's time.
Your best average time is saved in this browser. Compare runs on the same pointer device and window size, because both change how far you have to move.
FAQ
How is the score calculated?
Time per target runs from the frame a target is drawn to the moment you press on it. The headline score is the average over 30 targets. Accuracy is hits divided by all presses inside the area, so 30 hits and 3 misses give about 91 percent.
Is a mouse, trackpad or touch screen better?
They feel very different. A touch screen has no cursor to move, while a mouse or trackpad depends on pointer speed and surface. Compare your scores only within the same device type.
Does mouse sensitivity or DPI matter?
Yes. Higher sensitivity moves the cursor farther for the same hand movement, which can speed up long moves but make small corrections harder. This trainer uses your system pointer settings, not a game's sensitivity.
Does refresh rate affect the result?
A little. At 60 Hz a new frame appears every 16.7 ms, so a target can show up to one frame later than on a faster display, and cursor motion looks less smooth.
What is a good score?
There is no standard benchmark, because target size and distance differ between trainers. Use your own personal best on the same device as the reference. Nothing is uploaded.
